BASIC INFORMATION
COMPANY HISTORY
On January 12, 2002 The company acquired Solutions Technology as a wholly owned subsidiary. In February of 2002 The company changed It's name from International Mercantile Corporation to T & G2 and changed the state of incorporation from Missouri to Nevada. On March 12, 2002 Zingo Sales, Ltd. was acquired as a wholly owned subsidiary. A completely new management team has taken over the operations of the company and will lead T & G2 into the future
COMPANY BUSINESS SUMMARY
T & G2(squared) is a public company trading under the symbol TTGG and is comprised of two wholly owned subsidiaries: Solutions Technology, Inc. and Zingo Sales, Ltd. The name T & G2 stands for TECHNOLOGY AND GAMING TO A HIGHER POWER. Below is a description of the two businesses:
Solutions Technology, Inc. -
Current Technology and Products:
Solutions Technology is presently working on the use of biometrics (fingerprint) in time and attendance. The first product is the “SecureTime Biometric Payroll ID System” for use in businesses. Solutions Technology completed the intial development of the product in early July 2001 and completed the first installs of the SecureTime System in early August 2001. The last of the pilot programs was completed in the first quarter of 2003. We generate revenue on a monthly fee basis (residual).
SecureTime Biometric Payroll ID System:
The SecureTime Biometric Payroll ID System is a self-contained computerized time clock with all software included. It uses the fingerprint to identify employees, calculate their hours and wages and display the hours on the screen instantly. To the best of our knowledge, there is no other product that combines all these functions in one unit.
Zingo Sales Ltd. -
Current Technology and Products:
The first product is a fixed based unit and the second product will be a hand held unit expected in the second half of 2003 to early 2004. Proprietary software has been developed that is equivalent to and/or more advanced than anything currently on the market.
Fixed Based Bingo Unit and Applications:
This unit is a touch screen similar to a computer monitor with minor hardware changes. The bingo unit will be hard wired into the bingo hall and as the name implies, it will not move around the bingo hall with the player. Sophisticated software has been developed for the bingo unit.
For the bingo hall, the fixed base unit provides a way to dramatically increase their revenue and earnings. Players will now be able to play hundreds of bingo cards at the same time. The bingo hall is able to market the extra cards to the players and since the prize payouts are basically the same, the bingo hall is able to increase its profits.
The unit allows the Indian bingo hall to make extra money between bingo games. The sophisticated software will allow the bingo halls on Indian reservations to provide variations of quick play games of bingo. This has been shown to draw additional players to the bingo hall.
