TORPEDO SPORTS TO LAUNCH NEW LICENSED PRODUCTS AT AMERICAN INTERNATIONAL TOY FAIR.

Palm Beach Gardens, Florida ? Torpedo Sports USA, Inc. (OTC/BB: TPDO) announced today that it will be presenting its recently licensed Flexible Flyer, Mongoose and Schwinn snow products at the American International TOY FAIR(TM), February 13-19, 2003 in New York City. Presented by the Toy Industry Association, the TOY FAIR is the largest toy trade show in the Western Hemisphere.
The Company will present a new line of ten Flexible Flyer branded products with improved quality features including steel runner sleds, wooden toboggans, wooden baby sleds and a steel saucer. The Mongoose brand will be used primarily on Torpedo?s upper end snowboards with exciting new graphics. In addition, the Flexible Flyer, Mongoose, as well as the Schwinn brands will be available for custom orders in various product lines to meet individual customer needs.
